The Associate Director, Marketing Analytics leads strategic comprehensive digital measurement and marketing analytics across the CB2 brand. They are responsible for leading digital measurement, analysis and actionable insights that enable marketing partners to make data led decisions that will optimize digital and owned channel marketing performance to drive revenue across the organization’s various sales channels.
This is a 4 day hybrid position based out of our CB2 Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
A day in the life as an Associate Director, Marketing Analytics…
- Work cross functionally across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, direct mail, and owned channels, conducting deep-dive analyses and assessing performance for these programs, taking customers’ multichannel experience into consideration
- Lead MMM (media mix modeling) agency partner to spearhead the ongoing refinement of advanced media mix model tools. Establish best practices in data taxonomy to capture pertinent data for our business and drive proactive optimization strategies for enhanced performance results
- Combine digital analytics with broader marketing analytics across owned & earned channel performance for comprehensive and action oriented marketing business insights
- Implement and improve reporting and analysis processes such as dashboarding using state-of-the-art tools and automation whenever possible
- Develop and maintain analyses and models that enable the company to market or operate more efficiently
- Partner with Customer Data Management team to effectively land all current and any new digital data points in Customer Data Warehouse to enable efficient and effective analysis
- Partner with Customer Analytics team to improve overall digital analytics IQ of the the broader organization
- Partner with eCommerce Analytics team on tracking, measurement and insights for Marketing channels
- Participate in projects that increase the departments technical capabilities, improve data structures and data integrity and promote new strategic efforts
- Work closely with personalization team to identify potential trigger points in the digital data for additional customer personalization

Minimum Starting Rate : $117,000.00 Annually
Up to : $155,000.00 Annually
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
