cb20 is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the continuation of our 20% annual growth trend. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a passion for marketing and building strong brands. We are seeking a detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills.to assist in designing and executing our marketing plans and activities. This role will interact cross-functionally within cb20 and work closely with our strategic vendors. Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Senior Leadership Team in establishing and evaluating the companys marketing strategy and plan.
Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
Coordinate demand generation activities with internal and external resources.
Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings.
Drive persistent presence across targeted social media platforms, including day to day activity postings.
Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed.
Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materials.
Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies.
Qualifications Requirements / Job Specifications
Education : BS / BA in Marketing and Communications or relevant field
Experience : 3 years experience with the following :
Content Curation (photo, video, copywriting etc.)
Social Media Growth and Account Management
Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva
Google My Business / Google Local
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Email Marketing
Skills : Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdWords. Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices. Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach and aptitude.
Working time : 40 hours / week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and departments needs.
Lifting : Typically, no lifting more than 15 lbs.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
