Summary
To manage the day to day needs of the sales generating business under the supervision of the Sales Operations Manager. The main duty of the Sales Operations Associate is to ensure that the sales motions generated by the activities of the Account Management teams are being fulfilled.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Furnishing the clients with product quotations based on pricing established by the Account Management Team.
- With the assistance of the Manager, Sales Operations, negotiating pricing, relaying features, and benefits of equipment, and providing equipment specifications.
- Closing sales in CRM, placing orders, and communicating with purchasing to process and track orders.
- Facilitating delivery and installation of equipment by coordinating efforts of sales, shipping, and service.
- With the assistance of the Sales Operations Manager, resolve customer crisis, problems, complaints, and issue RMA's, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Assisting accounts receivable in the collection of invoices.
- Providing a point of contact for clients during the absence of Account Management Team to increase their time resources and ensure prompt response to customer needs.
- Preparing proposals, bids, and contracts for presentation to clients.
- Maintaining client records, processing sales orders, and performing other clerical duties.
- Conscientious approach to job responsibilities and detail oriented.
- Able to organize and prioritize workloads, responsive, accurate, consistent ability to develop and maintain customer and partner relationships.

Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications
Education: 2-year (AS) degree or combination of equivalent experience and certifications.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a computer technology related field. Experience assisting sales personnel is preferred.
Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.
Skills: Sales skills are essential. A clear understanding of present and developing corporate sales trends and the ability to provide support to the sales department and its clients. Additionally, strong oral presentation, written skills, and teamwork skills are mandatory.
Working time: Minimum 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and department needs.
Lifting/Carrying: Typically, no lifting more than 15 lbs.
Psychological Stress Factors: Sales duties require excessive concentration. Customer satisfaction at all costs may be stressful to some individuals.
