Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Seasonal position, through April 25, 2025
- 25-40 hours per week.
- Paid training, two start dates 02/10/202 and 02/25/2025.
- 100% in office position, location: 1013 Veterans Drive, Lewisburg TN
Customer service representatives are responsible for the sales, customer service and accounts receivables while maintaining the best quality of service to the company’s customers.
Essential Functions:
- Enter Orders by phone, web, faxes and mail as dictated by customer, while conducting some light up selling
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Posts Payment Receipts and resolving discrepancies
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
- Enters orders efficiently and accurately. Guides customers through products and services to assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Execute all After Call Work efficiently and accurately. Tasks include but are not limited to the issuing of Call Tags, issuing transportation claims, sending any customer requested documentation.
- Reviews and Releases Orders as directed by Supervisor, Ensures that Every Credit Hold is Reviewed Every Day, and relays oddities, or service failures to Supervisor as needed.
- Process Payments, and Adjustments (Wire, Credit Card, Check, Money Order, etc.) efficiently and accurately.
- Contact Customers by phone, Email, Mail, and Fax to expedite timely payment, or pursue resolution should there be outstanding issues which are delaying payment.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- Strong math, accounting, and clerical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 50 wpm 10-key by touch
- Ten-key calculator by touch
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Enthusiastic and energetic customer service attitude
