Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
