About the Role:
cBEYONData is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to serve as the lead for a multi-year contract supporting our Federal client. The project involves delivering business solutions, reporting, user management, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Collaborate with senior subject matter experts for client management, business development, and project strategy implementation
• Manage a diverse team of technical and functional resources
• Monitor project health, including factors such as scope, budget, profitability, schedule, and delivery milestones
• Conduct project and task management activities, creating associated artifacts as needed
• Identify and mitigate project-level issues and risks
• Communicate project status internally and externally for transparency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management or resource management in government contracting, with at least 8 years in Defense acquisition and 4 years in Navy Acquisition management
• PMP certification
• Secret Clearance required
• Strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under time constraints
• Demonstrated experience managing remote and on-site teams
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills for successful interaction with colleagues and executive client leadership
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
