CBG Surveying is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Garland, TX location. This position will be required to be in-house daily. CBG is one of the oldest and most successful land surveying companies in Dallas & Houston - having been established over 30 years ago. The Customer Service Representative on the Residential side of our business is a very important role putting you as the direct liaison between clients and colleagues. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is crucial to the client experience and successful growth of our surveying business!
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients by phone and email.
- Maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor and commitment to customer service.
- Remaining current on product offerings, staff member pricing, and time needed to conduct certain services.
- Answering the phones, timely scheduling of surveys, and calling to confirm scheduled surveys.
- Responsible for detailed tracking of all information related to the account/survey.
- Reviewing deadlines and communicating with clients.
- Elevating and redirecting client challenges to management as needed.
- Inputting orders in real-time for daily scheduled work.
- Maintain a good attitude and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- Positive attitude, team player, self-driven.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
