- Previous experience as an office administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
