CBH Homes—the #1 Home Builder in Idaho—is looking for a Software Assistant to join our cutting edge Sales Tech Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our software systems to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient operations across the company.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Support our Sales Tech Team by responding to software-related requests and troubleshooting issues
- Manage and refine workflows inside our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform – Salesforce
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and rollout of new software tools and technologies
- Troubleshoot and evaluate user experience with emerging systems to ensure smooth adoption
- Link data between platforms to reduce duplicate work and maintain clean, accurate records across all systems
- Brainstorm, build, and implement AI-driven tools and automations that help us move faster and smarter
- Track requests, manage tasks, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and execution
- Curious, tech-savvy, and excited to learn—no prior experience necessary, just the right mindset
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a love for problem-solving
- Comfortable navigating and exploring new technologies, platforms, and digital tools
- A communicator and collaborator—ready to work across teams and support internal users
- Passionate about using systems to make things better, faster, and easier
- Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, or other automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar
- An interest in marketing tech or sales enablement systems
