Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Mechanic & Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment. You’re not just someone who knows how to fix a bike—you’re someone who understands what a bike means to its rider. You believe in quality work, genuine customer service, and making every ride better.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble, maintain, and repair bicycles with precision and care
- Use hand tools efficiently and safely to keep bikes rolling smoothly
- Guide customers to the right bike, gear, and accessories to fuel their passion
- Provide top-notch customer service and help build lasting relationships
- Be a part of a team that’s driven, knowledgeable, and loves what they do
What You Bring
- A passion for biking and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience in bike mechanics or retail is a plus (but if you're eager to learn, we’re eager to teach)
- A friendly, outgoing personality and great communication skills
- The ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- A commitment to maintaining the high standards CBI Bikes is known for
The Details
- 35 hours per week | Monday – Saturday
- Summer Hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM | Saturday 9 AM–3 PM
- Winter Hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM | Saturday 10 AM–2 PM
- Must be at least 16 years old, a U.S. citizen, and have a valid driver’s license
- A standard drug screening is required upon hiring
