CBI Security is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee and manage our security operations for the Idaho State Dept. of Administration. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, staffing, and client satisfaction across multiple state locations. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between CBI Security and the State of Idaho, ensuring security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Salary: $27.00/hr

What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the Operations Managers and Supervisors at assigned locations.
- Maintain positive employee relations, uphold CBI Security's standards, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters at assigned sites.
- Oversee and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and hiring to ensure adequate coverage.
- Work closely with Human Resources to investigate and resolve employee issues.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with client representatives to report on operations and staffing.
- Administer and oversee payroll, pay rate adjustments, and employee time-off requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters at assigned sites.
- Stand uniformed post when necessary, providing shift coverage when needed.
- Develop and implement training programs in coordination with the Idaho Training Coordinator.
- Create, review, and update policies, procedures, and Post Orders as required by the client.
- Coordinate with local and state law enforcement agencies regarding security matters.
- Conduct employee evaluations and participate in the invoice and billing process.
- Seek and assess opportunities for service expansion within the Idaho State Department of Administration.

- Experience in security management, operations, or a related field preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams and locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and employees.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address security and staffing issues.
- Proficiency in scheduling, payroll administration, and employee management.
- Willingness to be on call for emergency situations or staffing concerns.
Travel Required: 15-25%
