Essential Functions and Primary Duties :
- Position requires client contact
- Assists clients with inquiries related to account services and customer issues
- Utilize internal software to prepare client reports, maintain accuracy of client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and assist with aspects of new client onboarding
- Assist with client meeting follow up
- Resolves customer issues through research and resolution
- Assists with projects and initiatives to improve service offerings and platform support
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
