Job Description : As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with both internal recruiting and partnering with third-party agencies to meet our growing staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and third-party agencies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes.
