CBIZ Network Solutions delivers onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch offices across the U.S. and Canada. As a trusted Edward Jones partner, we prioritize exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, telephones, and other technical components. Additionally, our team supports Edward Jones with project coordination, process management, and software solutions whenever needed.
Essential Functions & Primary Duties:
- Diagnose, repair, and replace IT hardware and network equipment efficiently to minimize downtime and exceed CBIZ Service Level Agreements.
- Track, manage, and maintain inventory of designated IT equipment, ensuring accuracy and readiness at all times.
- Open, update, and close Service Center tickets promptly while maintaining clear documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Execute desktop hardware installations, upgrades, moves, and decommissions during business hours, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Edward Jones associates, ensuring a seamless experience with minimal disruption.
- Be available 24/7 for critical support at the home office, responding to emergencies as needed.
- Work evenings and weekends when required, sometimes with less than three days' notice, to meet business needs.
- Order and manage IT equipment and consumables for on-campus stock locations to ensure availability.
- Provide top-tier customer service, fostering positive interactions and trust with all Edward Jones associates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of hands-on experience in IT support, field service, or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing desktop hardware, network equipment, and peripherals.
- Strong ability to communicate technical solutions in a professional and user-friendly manner.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond to on-site challenges with quick thinking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree from accredited college or technical school
- Able to use all related computer hardware and software
- Able to use job-related hand held tools.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds of equipment.
- Must have good communications skills.
