CBIZ is seeking a Financial Services Operations Manager for our New Hyde Park, New York based FinTech client! Qualified candidates MUST have Financial Services industry experience related to financial products (ie : payment solutions such as pre-funded debit cards and related call center support operations). The Operations Manager will oversee the workflow and process management between all business units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee vendor management with supply chain (Processor & Card fulfillment vendors and manufacturers)
- Create and distribute documentation to supply chain vendors for new and existing products.
- Follow up on sales leads, prepare proposals and sales decks
- Maintain relationships with banks
- Handle monthly reporting requirements
- Perform customer-level research and review
- Manage card collateral
- Maintain and report on inventory at retail locations, in-office and at card fulfillment vendors
- Participate in testing and documentation of new products with I.T.
- Monitor portfolio metrics and activity to ensure accurate product configuration.
- Participate in cross-functional implementation of new processes and workflows
- Work with Compliance to ensure portfolio meets required regulations and internal policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and create training materials where needed.
- Support Compliance team with any bank and audit requests
Experience : 10-15 years of operations experience
Salary Target : $150K-$160K based on experience Excellent benefits!
Hours : 9am-5pm (F / T onsite)
