CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is assisting our growing client in their search for an HR Coordinator role in Streetsboro, OH
Position Summary
- Full scale recruiting from developing job descriptions, posting jobs, organizing networking and outreach, guiding interview and selection process, issuing approved offers, facilitate post-hire testing and onboarding.
- Employee relations and leadership support.
- Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment and open enrollment.
- Monitor benefits enrollment and HR billing for benefits or other services.
- Manage temp hiring, including working with staffing agencies, negotiating pricing, and tracking assignments.
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance policies, including tracking, approvals, and corrective actions.
- Serve as co-chair of Safety Committee, develop, coordinate, deliver and track safety training.
- Maintain OSHA logs and manage safety incident documentation, response and reporting.
- Help coordinate company events, company communications, morale and wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain training database to track all training and send notifications of training required.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Lead workplace investigations.
- Coordinate programs with 3rd party providers.
- Continuously improve HR processes to serve company needs and incorporate best practices and legal updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR experience or related administrative experience.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Paycor is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
