Job Descriptions :

For Aircraft Maintenance Technician with (FAA A&P Licence) - (Marana, AZ 85653)

Under minimal supervision, perform scheduled inspections, routine service to complex maintenance and repair activities on various airframe types. Provide technical guidance, OJT and instruction regarding scheduled inspections, routine service to complex maintenance and repair activities on various airframe types.

Complete all maintenance activities as stated on the work order, incoming inspection or in a manufacture required service bulletin, CAMP cards, etc. Perform advanced aircraft modifications, corrosion, landing gear or engine removals.

For Aircraft Maintenance Technician with (FAA A&P Licence) - (Roswell, NM 88203)

Aircraft maintenance personnel in the service, repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components, parts, and accessories. Aircraft maintenance hangar, flightline.

A&P mechanics in preparing an aircraft for assembly or maintenance, to include, cleaning of parts, removing and replacing components.

Performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes, under direct supervision.

Upon completion of work scope obtains the signature of a certified mechanic on work cards or forms.

Ensures that proper documentation is made on training record for training received, and signed by the immediate Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.

Performs maintenance work such as repair and maintenance of company equipment and shop housecleaning, under direct supervision.

For Aircraft Structures (Sheet Metal Fabrication) Technician - (Marana, AZ 85653) :

Research technical data and performs inspection, repair and replacement of aircraft sheet metal structures including main landing gear fittings, aircraft skins and floor beams in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, FAA regulations and Ascent Aviation policies and procedures.

Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.

Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs sheet metal parts, equipment, and products utilizing knowledge of working characteristics of metallic and non-metallic materials, machining, and layout techniques.

Selects gauge and type of sheet metal, such as stainless steel, steel, or aluminium, or non-metallic material, such as plastics or fiberglass, according to product specifications.

Lays out and marks dimensions and reference lines on material, using scribes, dividers, squares, and rulers applying knowledge of shop mathematics and layout techniques to develop and trace patterns of product or parts. Performs maintenance work such as repair and maintenance of company equipment and shop housecleaning.

For A&P Aircraft Maintenance Inspector Role with (FAA A&P Airframe & Power Plant Licence) (Peru, IN 46970) :

Familiarize self with all the current pertinent FAA specifications, air worthiness directives, manufacturers instructions, bulletins, technical data, and other approved data applicable to the unit being inspected

Properly execute the malfunction and defect report FAA form 8010-4 as necessary

Proper execution of FAA form 337 and maintenance release pertinent to all items returned to service

Perform preliminary, hidden damage, in progress, and final inspection of all assigned aircraft

Ensure that no defective or un-airworthy parts are installed any component or unit returned to service.
