Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (End-to-End Implementation)

Introduction:
A highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with a deep focus on Sales Cloud implementation. This pivotal role will lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, specifically leveraging Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level executives to define and standardize sales processes across diverse business units. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo and driving the adoption of best practices to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, data models, process flows, and technical specifications for Sales Cloud implementations.
- Define and document best practices and standards for Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce AppExchange solutions and integrations to enhance Sales Cloud functionality.
Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business leaders across different units to define uniform and efficient sales processes for Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or inconsistencies in business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with business users and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Implementation Leadership & Guidance:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and other project team members.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and development of Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Process Optimization & Innovation:
- Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through Salesforce capabilities.
- Challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance:
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
- Extensive experience with core Sales Cloud modules, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, and Sales Processes.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex Salesforce implementations for enterprise-level organizations.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Strong configuration and customization skills within the Salesforce platform (declarative development, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components preferred).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience working in a multi-business unit environment is highly desirable.
