Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to end-users via phone, email, chat, remote diagnostic tools, or in person.
- Provide support, installation, and updates to Microsoft Products such as Operating systems and Productivity products.
- Provide support, installation, and updates to VMWare and Hyper-V.
- Provide support, installation, and updates to customer's line of business applications.
- Provide support, installation, and updates to network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless devices.
- Provide support, installation, and updates to Servers, Storage, and Workstation devices.
- Provide advanced support, installation, and updates of Backups, Restores, and Disaster Recovery Management
- Provide support, installation, and updates to A3 and A4 Document Imaging devices
- Documentation gathering and updating.
- Resolve service tickets based on approved Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work independently or with team members to diagnose problems and attain resolution within designated Service Level Agreements.
- This position requires working on a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Support Project Services, Break Fix, and Contract customers
Required
- Current CompTIA Certification or equivalent
- Associated Degree or higher
- Two years or more working Experience
- Two Current Specialization Certifications (within 12 months)
- Above Average Employee review rating on Professional Soft Skills in 3 or more areas
- Effective and positive communication with customers and staff
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Professionalism
Preferred
- ConnectWise Suite experience including Manage, and Control
- RMM Experience
- Experience in Firewalls, Switches, WAPs, Networking, Virtualization
