Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and remote diagnostic tools.
- Offer support, installation, and updates for Microsoft Office 365 products such as Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Demonstrate comfort and proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Entra.
- Assist with support, installation, and updates for customers' line of business applications.
- Provide support and updates for Servers, Storage, and Workstation devices.
- Deliver advanced support, installation, and updates for Backups, Restores, and Disaster Recovery Management.
- Gather and update documentation as needed.
- Resolve service tickets based on approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in developing SOPs to improve processes and efficiency.
- Incorporate a cybersecurity-first mindset in all tasks.
- Work independently or with team members to diagnose problems and achieve resolution within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- This position requires a rotating on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher.
- Two years or more of working experience.
- Strong initiative to learn new technologies.
- Not afraid to accept new challenges.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Entra.
- Effective and positive communication with customers and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PSA or ticketing system.
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) experience.
- PowerShell experience.
