Operations – Virginia Beach, VA
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Media Resource Coordinator to join our team. This role involves recording, playing back, and cataloging media across a variety of analog and digital formats. You’ll also provide critical technical support for all CBN related productions, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong understanding of video equipment, production servers, and related media tools
- Knowledge of SMPTE time code and audio metering techniques
- Familiarity with digital media workflows and file types (QuickTime, MXF, MPEG, MP4, etc)
- Basic understanding of non-linear editing software
- Proficiency with media-related computer hardware and software
- Excellent visual perception and color definition skills
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and team-building abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work extended hours and multiple shifts as needed
