Facilities Maintenance – Virginia Beach, VA
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an On-Call Housekeeper to provide as-needed support. Tasks will include cleaning restrooms, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, collecting and removing trash. If you desire flexibility to work occasional hours, this may be a great opportunity for you!
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of safe and proper chemical usage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to maintain an appropriate work pace
- Ability to be flexible in changing assignments
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks with a minimum of supervision
- Ability to work independently, as well as contribute as a member of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to climb, bend, squat, kneel, push/pull, and regularly move or lift items 25-30 pounds
