About the Role :
As a UI / UX Designer, you will shape the user experience of high-impact financial applications used by industry professionals. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex financial functions into intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces. Your work will have a meaningful impact on customer experience, enabling our users to engage confidently with sophisticated analytics and trading tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, iterating on designs based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Create compelling, high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring seamless interaction and aesthetic quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, particularly front-end developers using React, to bring designs to life, focusing on user functionality, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Develop and maintain design systems that streamline workflows and ensure brand consistency across applications.
- Balance customer needs and product goals, aligning design decisions with user insights and business objectives.
- Conduct cross-functional brainstorming sessions, incorporating input to refine design solutions and champion user-centric thinking.
- Rapidly produce prototypes and wireframes, adapting to project needs with either high-fidelity or low-fidelity visuals.
