About the Position
This Data Center Sr. Manager role involves overseeing a team responsible for providing expert preventative maintenance and repair services to a large Data Center client.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise employees and monitor staff training and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Recruit and hire new employees, and establish work schedules and assign tasks.
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Coordinate and manage team daily activities, including establishing deadlines and tracking progress.
- Be responsible for the technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
- Point of contact for the client, while working with key stakeholders to meet all MSA requirements.
- Verify facility infrastructure equipment installations are within the agreed SLA timeframe.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve complex problems and make informed decisions.
This role requires:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
