Quality Liaison

About Us:
CBS Global provides quality sorting, inspection, rework, and logistics solutions for manufacturers in the automotive and consumer electronics industries. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Liaison to support operations at the TNM plant in Chattanooga, TN.

Position Overview:
The Quality Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between our customer and the TNM plant, ensuring that quality standards are met and production issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires fluency in Spanish, proficiency in reworking sewing machines, and previous experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between our customer and the TNM plant, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee and perform rework on sewing machines to meet quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and correct defects or nonconforming products.
• Provide training and guidance to operators on proper rework techniques.
• Maintain detailed reports on quality issues, corrective actions, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – required.
• Experience with sewing machine rework – required.
• Previous experience in quality control, rework, or a liaison role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
