This can be a part-time OR full-time role for a Business Development Specialist at CBS Global USA in Southeast Michigan. Seeking a recent graduate or a student in their junior/senior year looking to gain some valuable experience. The specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as proactive communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service. CBS is willing to sponsor an H1B visa application!
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to understand and interpret Chinese Mandarin
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
