Job Description:
Bs degree with 7 years in Mechanical Design/development experience and 3 years experience in HVAC & refrigeration
Control selection , leak detection and mitigation for A2L HVAC & refrigeration application
Injection Molded part design, material selection
Enclosure design, sealing design, handle, Component selections, caster wheel selection in HVAC
CAD tool : SolidWorks
Experience launching in market from concept design to product launch stages
Awareness in Electrical engineering and experience working closely working with EE team during design development phases
Proven track record of successfully leading Engineering/Technical projects to deliver with Onsite , Offshore teams
experience with Design, Development, Onsite & Offshore coordination, Scheduling & Planning, conducting design reviews
Excellent skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
