We are seeking a draftsman to help with design and construction projects in the Upper Florida Keys. This prospective person is responsible for drafting architectural plans for new construction, additions, and renovations under guidance. —a great opportunity for advancement with a dynamic and growing company. Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelor's degree preferred.
A driver's License is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
Preferred 4-year degree in a architectural-related curriculum.
Demonstrated competency in AutoCAD, Revit, end-user relationships, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, and the ability to communicate, both written and oral.
Competence with PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications preferred. These include AutoCAD, Revit, Buildertrend, Google Suite, Excel, and Word.
