CBTS is searching for a SailPoint (IAM) Developer. Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing systems to ensure secure and efficient access to resources, focusing on user identity management, access control, and authentication/authorization processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint ICS IdentityNow
- Update Entra conditional access policies based on least privileged principles
- Design, configure, and implement PAM solution
- Experience with configuring and supporting OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, and SAML SSO protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk in the organization
- Engage with development teams and other business partners to enhance IAM Service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IAM, with hands-on experience with SailPoint ICS IdentityNow or IdentityIQ,
- Must have completed from start to finish 3 full implementations of Sailpoint ICS IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- 3 years of hands-on experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, Delinea, etc. and conditional access policies in Entra.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IAM processes Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea, Entra, iSeries, LDAP, Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise of modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployments
- Outstanding understanding of policies that reflect system security objectives.
