What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at CBTS?
CBTS is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a position located in Columbus, OH.
Summary:
Provide employees with support on all aspects of End-User computing digital assets (including but not limited to Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Devices, and software).
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, communicate, triage, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot any device issues such as iOS updates needed, app updates needed, and basic iOS device navigation.
Experience:
- Strong technical support experience
- Ability to quickly assess problems and identify solution.
- Understanding of desktop group policy objects (GPO)
- Knowledge on how to re/image a workstation.
- Remote Support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications
