Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Directly interact with current and potential customers, providing them with personalized product and service recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales transactions in order to accurately track customer retention and sales performance
- Attend meetings with the marketing and sales team and other Customer Service Representatives to develop and improve marketing and sales campaigns aimed at boosting sales performance
- Address all customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and provide solutions that meet their needs to their satisfaction
- Stay informed of all current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers and increase sales opportunities
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred, however it is not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and other team members
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to reach goals both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
