Description
Clark Distributing Company sells an industry leading portfolio of beer brands across Kentucky. The Area Sales Manager will work in the Bowling Green, KY area managing the retail execution of several on and off premise locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the overall sales and retail execution of assigned territory and sales representatives (Bowling Green, KY).
- Responsible for facilitating the training and development of assigned direct reports.
- Communicates sales goals while monitoring and communicates performance.
- Ensures team members are effectively using the technology and information tools provided.
- Maintain and improve relationships with retailers.
- Responsible for ensuring the company’s product quality standards are met.
- Responsible for conducting annual performance reviews.
- Present/participate in general sales meetings.
- Complete other tasks as requested by upper management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two to five years minimum selling and managerial experience within the CPG industry preferred.
