The Route Settlement Clerk

in the branch locations verifies Drivers paperwork, bank deposits and Full Service bags. Other duties are assigned.

Essential Functions

1.Count cash

2.Verifies that checks are signed and stamped

3.Run a calculator tape

4.Set up and maintain spreadsheets

5.Check for PO#'s, customer signatures, store stamps and DSD sheets

6.Scan paperwork to appropriate shared folders

7.Set up computer screen for JoinMe program

8.Filing paper work

9.Interacting with Route Drivers in a positive and professional manner

• Starting Wage: $17.00/hourly
• Days/Hours of Work: 11am-8pm/Monday thru Friday
• Location: Oakland, KY

Required Education and Experience -High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience 2 or more years experience in an office setting.
