Senior Reconciliation Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Sioux Falls, SD

As a Senior Reconciliation Analyst, you’ll be at the core of ensuring our financial operations run like clockwork.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor settlement of funds across credit networks, ACH, and payment processors
• Reconcile internal accounts (Fed, network, suspense, revenue) with precision and accuracy
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, mitigating financial risks before they escalate
• Own and manage the escheatment process, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Maintain adherence to internal policies and ever-changing regulatory requirements
• Provide backup support within the department during peak periods or absences
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to troubleshoot reconciliation issues
• Keep financial ops procedures fresh, relevant, and aligned with our goals
• Stay sharp on industry trends and bring forward process improvement ideas

What You Bring
• Solid grasp of prepaid debit, ACH, and payment network settlement flows
• Knowledge of payment products and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical mindset with top-notch problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and organized under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with new tech and tools
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience mentoring or training others on your team
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 3 years in a financial operations or accounting role preferred
• Genuine interest in the payments, banking, or fintech industries
