What You’ll Do
• Oversee vendor documentation collection and review, ensuring compliance with TPRM policies.
• Conduct initial and ongoing risk-based assessments for third parties, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of vendors and risk profiles, ensuring dynamic risk assessment.
• Manage oversight activities such as audits, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses summarizing risk assessments and vendor performance.
• Monitor external risk intelligence and regulatory changes to proactively address third-party risks.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure third-party relationships align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site visits to third-party providers as needed to assess compliance and operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in third-party risk management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in payments or fintech operations and risk management platforms.
• Preferred: Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
