Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and food preparation methods.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Upsell menu items and promote special events to enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours such as nightlife or special events.
• Excellent guest relations skills, with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for patrons.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is highly desirable.
