What We Offer :
Hourly Rate : $20 to $24 Commission
Earning potential of 70K to 120k annually
Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week
Must be able to work alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall design needs
Build strong client relationships & ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
Schedule appointments for showroom, home, or workplace client design consultations
Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services provided
Develop design ideas for homes, compute budget ranges and price estimates, and select the various finishes
Accurately and efficiently translate measurements into working designs
Gather space measurements, calculate number of materials, create / present project proposals for approval, schedule installation team
Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and availability
Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, or similar role
A valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
Basic computer / social media knowledge and math skills
Utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors / suppliers & clients
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
