The Client Support Coordinator (CSC) role is a vital part of the service delivery process for our clients and technicians of CCAC BUILDING SOLUTIONS. The CSC will be tasked with communication with our clients, technicians, vendors, Technicial Team Leaders (TTL), managers and work with other groups in our organization. The CSC will work closely with the assigned TTL to get all types of work scheduled for the technicians and clients in their assigned region. The CSC will order materials needed to complete approved work and PMs. The CSC will submit quotes to the clients for needed repairs.

Position responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from clients and technicians, and route calls to the correct coworker.
  • Work with TTL to get PMs scheduled, material ordered, scheduled for delivery when requirements are met, and any subcontractors required scheduled.
  • Confirm all PMs with clients a week in advance.
  • Work with TTL to get service calls scheduled for the assigned technician in an efficient manner using the prioritization SOP. After discussing this with TTL inform the client when a technician will be onsite.
  • Following up on Quotes submitted for your assigned region to obtain approval.
  • Ordering parts for approved quotes.
  • Having parts shipped to the correct office for the technicians.
  • Determining whether part(s) need to be expedited or regular shipping.
  • Follow-up on parts ordered when expected date arrives.
  • Work with TTL to get technician scheduled to complete quoted repairs that were approved, and all parts are received, schedule any subcontractors needed, confirm schedule with the technician that will be completing the work.
  • Confirm the repair with the client before scheduling the technician.
  • Prepare all completed work orders for invoicing by the end of business next day.
  • Create POs for the technicians and ordering of materials.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years’ commercial HVAC sales experience preferred.
  • Applied knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Basic/intermediate computer skills; ability to efficiently operate company tablet/cellphone.
  • Attention to detail; perceptual speed; information ordering.
  • Time management; organizational skills.
  • Adaptability; dependability; flexibility; integrity.
  • Team player; good communication skills; customer-service oriented.
  • Commitment to company values.

· Physical demands: While performing the position responsibilities for this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk, use and reach with hands and arms, balance, talk, and hear. The employee must possess finger dexterity, including the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds. This position requires the employee to sit up to 95% of the shift. Vision abilities include close, distant, and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

· Work conditions: While performing the position responsibilities for this job, the employee’s workstation is located indoors with a minimal level of noise. The work schedule will be assigned by the supervisor. Overtime may be requested by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
