Job Summary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions with a focus on Microsoft Cloud Solutions in areas such as data, analytics, application, and network architecture. These solutions support business requirements and integrate with low-code development tools like Power Platform.
- Candidates should have foundational knowledge of Microsoft Analytics Platforms and low-code tools like Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Analytics Services, Database Services, and AI Services. They must be skilled in service configuration, solution architecture, security, governance frameworks, and Center of Excellence (CoE) processes.
- Supports the Enterprise Architecture Team initiatives and guides IT operations teams in implementing cloud solutions and reducing technical debt according to Microsoft best practices across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
- Assists business teams in resolving issues and escalating incidents.
- Monitors and maintains the existing application portfolio to identify critical deficiencies and technical debt and recommends solutions for improvement and modernization.
- Collaborates extensively with development, operations, security, and business teams to ensure that cloud solutions are aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Understands new technology trends and their practical use to support evolving business models.
- Engage in continuous learning activities to stay current with Azure technologies, focusing on application, analytics, data, DevOps, and AI services. Creates and maintains detailed documentation for cloud and application infrastructure and processes. Provides standards definitions, reference models, and architecture designs to assist the CCBSS Architecture Review Board (ARB) in evaluating technology investments' impact on business and IT.
- Keeps the CCBSS technology landscape secure, efficient, and effective.

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
