The hourly range is $20.00 - $43.00 per hour.

The Role

Joining CCC as an FP&A Intern, you will gain experience with financial reporting, forecasting, financial systems, and turning financial data into insightful and actionable business intelligence. You will work directly with the FP&A team and gain exposure to various teams including, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Operations. This position is great for anyone looking to build a career in corporate finance and learn what it is like to evolve as a recently-public company!

Key Responsibilities :

Work with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly Outlook

Develop efficient, effective operating reports on key drivers of business and company performance

Analyze financial data, draw conclusions and present recommendations on decisions and actions to FP&A management

Update and provide recommendations to improve financial models

Assist in preparation of information and journal entries as part of the monthly close cycle

Variance analysis of monthly results vs. prior year, budget and monthly outlook; month by month trends, etc.

Prepare Board materials, as necessary, working with FP&A leadership

Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvement recommendations

Requirements :

If you will be a Junior or Senior at a top-tier university and have demonstrated excellence in your academic studies and extracurricular experiences, this opportunity is right for you. We do not require that you study finance, but you will be asked to demonstrate how your current degree is applicable to the responsibilities you will hold.

We are looking for candidates who possess :

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team

Strong problem-solving orientation and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present key issues with senior business leaders

Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and independent work

Interest in financial analysis, financial reporting, entrepreneurship
