The RoleBuild and maintain relationships with auto dealerships across the country via outbound phone calls to determine the fair, local-market value for vehicles involved in a potential total loss. This is a remote position in which all onboarding and training will be conducted virtually. A desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset will be provided. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly incentives and annual company bonus dependent upon performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling (no selling or collecting) required to automobile dealerships
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership personnel
- Establish fair market value of vehicles assisting insurers in claim settlement
- Update vehicle information and determine the availability and price of new or used vehicles
- Provide supplemental research as requested
- Organizing and managing multiple systems effectively
- Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards
- No prior insurance or automotive experience is required, as we will train individuals with a desire to learn and develop
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior collections or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrates the ability to overcome obstacles and persist in the face of challenges
- Customer focused
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to drive results
