Your primary goal will be to support our existing business development sales team in efforts to expand our client base, increase revenue, and strengthen our market presence, including follow but not limited to follow up on current project needs, focused primarily on the client relationship.


Responsibilities: 

 Schedule appointments and own follow up with new or existing customers with existing orders
and/or to review products and services that can be provided by the company.
 Supporting other sales team members of the company with planning, scheduling and
participating in sales calls with existing customers and new prospects, including follow-up on existing projects where requested.
 Create new company opportunities through targeted accounts or follow on business from
existing customers.
 Work with and support customers in relationships on the explanation of costs, lead-times, and
deliverables.
 Learn, support and own surveys for potential future projects and for proposals.  Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to
ensure repeat business and gain introductions to other buyers within client’s organization.  Maintain a professional attitude in adverse situations with the customer representing the
company in a positive manner.
 Attend and represent the company as required at trade shows or events.  Timely enter customer and prospect information into Pipedrive, the company’s preferred client
relationship management system as required for each stage of Cabworks selling process and in support of other sales team members.
 Own the full client and prospect relationship generating new sales and growth of existing clients
in partnership with the existing team, including but not limited to administrative responsibilities related to the sales process.
 Be accountable and responsible for pricing/quotes/proposals and be sure that the required data
is in the Cabworks system timely and completely in support of the broader business
development team and those clients assigned.  Manage and own any change order working directly with the client in concert with the project
manager.
 Meet or exceed company annual revenue and sales targets.  Submit expense reports timely per Cabworks policy.

 

Bonus Available to Compensation plan!

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
