Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Perform accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to and address customer questions or concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce them to new products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
- Maintain and assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
