Description
We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern who will support the finance leadership team to create, review and analyze repots. You will help gather data, analyze, review, drill down into the data, report your observations to finance leadership team and determine next steps. You may assist finance staff on daily work as necessary. As a finance intern, you will be responsible for generating and analyzing reports, update files with new data. You may conduct research on financial markets and trends, and other projects as assigned by the finance team. This position will uphold and embrace CCF’s Mission, Vision, and Values every day by collaborating with colleagues across all departments to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
This internship is onsite in Eau Claire, WI. The geeneral term of the internship is May 2025 - May 2026.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze reports, such as monthly or weekly financial reports. They may also update existing Excel and PowerPoint files with new data
- Gather and understand data, enhance the Bank’s knowledge of the data and help the Bank in maintaining and enhancing knowledge of the data.
- Conduct research on financial markets and trends, gathering data from news articles, financial reports, and economic data. They may also interpret existing policies and provide administrative support for policy development
- Treat all data as confidential, unless publicly disclosed or authorized by CFO to disclose.
Must Haves:
- Be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- A 3.0 minimum GPA
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
