Key Responsibilities:
- Support Lean 5S initiatives to achieve a workplace that is clean, uncluttered, safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize productivity
- Perform visual inspection of packaging, labeling and components being packed as required.
- Packaging, palletize and mark or label products for shipment. (75% Hazardous Materials & 25% Mechanical).
- Operate needed equipment/tools while conducting daily tasks in a safe manner always.
- Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks.
- Meet daily demands and packaging schedules.
- Move material across manufacturing facility utilizing proper material handling equipment.
- Monitor inventory items for proper assortment, count and use, including but not limited to picking MOTS, etc.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) for safe and efficient handling of materials.
- Exhibit professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Participate and assist with training packaging team and ensure that procedures, safety and quality standards are always maintained.
- Actively communicates with supervisors, leads and co-workers to exhibit commitment towards teamwork and continuous improvement.

This position requires use of information and data which is subject to US Export Regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq., and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. 730 et seq. Minimum Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience pertaining to MRO procurement or government contracting may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
- Must possess a valid driver license and maintain eligibility to drive company vehicles
- Must pass initial and subsequent background checks to include maintaining eligibility according to federal requirements and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
- Must pass preemployment and subsequent drug and alcohol screenings
- Comply with internal non-disclosure agreement requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Basic math skills (i.e., multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Gain internal certification to operate a forklift within 90 days of start date.
Physical Requirements:
- RARE (less than 10%): Crawling, , climbing stairs, walking on uneven surfaces and ladder, wearing a respirator, lifting over 50 lbs.
- OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): Stretching arms above head, lifting over 15 lbs. to 40 lbs, able to withstand loud noise, handling chemicals,
- FREQUENT (up to 66%): Bending, walking, pushing, transport, range-of-motion, reaching, twisting, sweeping, balancing, , gripping, lifting to 15 lbs.,
- CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): Repetitive motion, reading, standing, sitting, seeing, seeing distant, depth-perception, color vision, speaking clearly, hearing-speech-range, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, ability to withstand varying temperatures, attention to fine detail
This position works Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days.
