Experienced Residential Cleaners and Helpers

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Experienced Residential Cleaners and Helpers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring client satisfaction and adhering to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Safely drive company vehicles to and from clients' homes.
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Organize and tidy living spaces, including arranging furniture and organizing closets.
• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and some bed making.
• Effectively manage time according to the clients' budget.
• Handle and report any lost or found items during the cleaning process.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of cleaning supplies, following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Dependable transportation.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential cleaning services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning products.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items, bend, and stand for extended periods.
