Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to support our marketing and sales efforts. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of marketing, client outreach, and operational tasks while developing skills essential for a career in these fields. Responsibilities Marketing Materials: Assist in updating and maintaining marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional content. Client Outreach: Communicate with clients to collect campaign assets, ensuring deadlines are met and materials align with brand standards. Webinar Support: Provide logistical and promotional support for webinars, including registration setup, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.. List Maintenance: Update and maintain contact and distribution lists for campaigns, events, and newsletters. Sales Assistance: Support sales initiatives, such as preparing client proposals and tracking campaign performance. Analytics and Reporting: Assist with tracking marketing and sales data, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of sales and marketing functions. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing strategies. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay. The job posting will provide specific information on where and when your amazing work would be performed. Employee work location is determined by the needs of the specific team and may include on-site, hybrid or remote.  Employee work location is subject to change. An “in-office” role would require the employee to come into the office most days with occasional flexibility to work remotely if tasks can be performed elsewhere and if the manager approves.
