Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Mental Health located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Director of Mental Health will oversee mental health services and programs, provide leadership to the mental health team, develop and implement mental health policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with mental health regulations. Responsibilities also include crisis intervention, case management, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care to clients.
Qualifications
- Mental Health Care and Mental Health skills
- Psychology and Crisis Intervention skills
- Experience in Case Management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- MD/DO/NP or PhD/PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Experience in an FQHC setting is a plus
Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
