What are the responsibilities and job description for the Abatement Technician position at CCI Industrial Corp?
The Asbestos Abatement Technician position constructs containments, removes ACM, manages waste stream, and performs lead / asbestos related abatement activities in full compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Comply with all safety, policies and procedures established by CCI while on shift
- Build containment areas prior to beginning abatement or decontamination work.
- Removal and disposal of asbestos material, which may include but is not limited to, floor tile, gaskets, friable and wallboard
- Lead paint removal and disposal
- Document all of the abatement process and chain of custody paperwork for proper disposal in accordance with regulations.
- Follow project plans and schedules while maintaining a safe environment by verifying all tools and materials required for the job are available and inspected.
- Prioritizing tasks and review / adjust workforce activities and task schedules.
- Maintain 100% "Compliance Readiness" in all areas of mandatory / regulatory requirements.
- Maintain 100% "Safety Standards and Accountability" in all areas of mandatory / regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport and strong working relationships with co-workers and client representatives.
- Ability to relate to and work with personnel in all levels of an organization required.
- Comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures established by CCI Industrial Services while on shift, on call or attending training.
- Maintain 100% "Safety Standards and Accountability" in all areas or mandatory / regulatory requirements, which include :
Compliance with required HSE Training.
