What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oil Field I & E Senior PLC Programmer position at CCI Industrial Corp?
The I&E Programmer will be responsible for understanding the complete automation scope of work on facilities. The I & E Programmer will design new PLC programs, repair and maintain existing PLC programs. The I & E Programmer will design, repair and maintain computer-controlled and wireless devices used to reduce human error and maximize operation efficiency.

Essential Duties & Job Functions :

- Systems integrator, proficient in creating and maintaining PLC programs and associated field devices.
- Attend required meetings and contribute to best work practices.
- Train I&E Programmers and I&E Technicians on programs and instrumentation.
- Installs and services automation equipment that meets or exceeds Industry / state standards.
- Supervise Field Technicians as needed and ensure Technicians have appropriate software on laptops for connecting to all instrumentation.
- Organize projects and utilize technicians for installation of devices, loop checks, etc.
- Collaborate with all departments to assist and train users in the field for new automation equipment
- Effectively communicate with team members for updates on future and current Automation projects.
- Utilize automated software to troubleshoot systems, read and program PLC and HMI equipment.
- Monitor control systems to determine potential problems with field instruments or hardware.
- Enforces all company safety policies and procedures.
- Be a Safety Leader! Ensure the resources and commitment to HSE is of top priority for all employees within the company.
- Maintain 100% "Safety Standards and Accountability" in all areas or mandatory / regulatory requirements

Work Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
Position may involve exposure to extremely hostile weather conditions at times while working outdoors. This position may involve working with potentially hazardous materials and waste.
